Billy built this bike for the 2003 VQ Bikers Ball Auction, to benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs of Florida. Features Billy's famous "passenger seat warmer" AKA custom exhaust thru the rear fender. If you dont know how to warm up your chick's behind, this bike will do the trick. Featured on the cover of Easyriders April 2004.
